What type of organizations do you work with?
Schools, Child Care agencies, Recreation programs, Residential facilities, Summer Camps, Girls and Boys clubs, Neighborhood groups. If your type of organization is not listed call anyway.

How do I schedule a training?
You can either call (612)870.8007 or email to check availability.

What makes your trainings different?
People tell us that we have a different way of looking at behavior than other organizations they have utilized in the past. We provide a clear concise system that gives strategies that start with program planning and setting up the environment to choosing the right consequence to change future behavior.

How much do your trainings cost?
The cost is $300 for the first 25 people and then $10 per additional person.

Do you speak at conferences?
Yes, we are available for individual sessions and keynote addresses. Please contact us with your requests.

Do you offer your services outside the state of Minnesota?
Definitely. We do ask that you pay the cost for transportation and lodging for any training more than 60 miles from the Twin Cities metro area. We will cover our own meals. We would eat if we were at home.

Will you look over our policies?
Yes, that is part of our behavior consulting services. We can help you write your policies from scratch, or help you to rewrite and update your policies. We will work with your staff to determine what values your program wants to move forward with and how these values can best be translated into policies.

What if we are having difficulty with a child or a group of children in our school or other program?
Through our behavior consulting services we will come out and observe the child, talk to your staff, look at the history and offer suggestions or write up a specific plan for your staff.

What if I have a question about my own child?
Though we do not know you or your child, if you are willing to answer some basic questions about their behavior and your family, we will try to give you some general suggestions through email. We do not do behavior consulting with individual families unless we are contracted to do so by another agency.
